Once all requested information has been received and understood, you will receive a free quote within 24 hours. If for some reason we feel we cannot get your quote to you within 24 hours we will contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive it.

Cost is normally based on a word count for translation/proofreading/transcription or an hourly rate for interpretation. The language being translated into may also affect the pricing. In some circumstances we may require full payment in advance or a deposit. You should check our comprehensive quote for full details. The only costs not included in our original quote are overnight fees, postage fees, long distance charges and any changes not previously quoted on. These will be added at cost.

If you are satisfied with our quote and are ready for us to begin, simply sign and date our quotation and return it to us by post or email along with the requested initial payment (if applicable).
